Terms and conditions
Terms for using the website and placing orders.
Effective from: 08.11.2026
1. Subject and seller details
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between SOFRINO BG EOOD, UIC 206254502, with registered office and address of management: 20 Chereshovo Topche St., Varna, email: yagortsofrino@gmail.com, phone: +359 884 468 448, hereinafter the "Seller", and the users of the website, hereinafter the "Buyers".
2. How orders are placed
Orders are accepted by filling in the order form on the website.
Orders are fulfilled by courier delivery only.
The Buyer must provide accurate details: name, phone, city and delivery address (or the address of a courier office). Email is optional.
Before sending the order, the Buyer accepts these terms and conditions and confirms having read the Privacy Policy.
After the order is sent, the Seller contacts the Buyer by phone (or by email, if provided) to confirm the order.
3. Prices and payment
All prices on the site are final and in euro (€).
There is no online payment on the site. Payment is made by "cash on delivery" (in cash or by card to the courier) when the goods are received from the courier.
4. Delivery charge
- If the total value of the ordered products is below €75.00, the price of the courier service (including the cash on delivery fee) is paid in full by the Buyer according to the official rates of the courier company.
- If the total value of the ordered products is €75.00 or more, delivery is free for the Buyer and is fully at the Seller's expense, including the cash on delivery fee.
5. Receipt, delivery and storage
Deliveries are made by a courier company within 2 working days of the order being confirmed, to an address or a courier office anywhere in the country.
Because of the specific nature of the products (yogurd and spreads that require refrigerated storage), the Buyer must accept the parcel within 24 hours of its arrival at the courier office or of the courier's visit to the address. The Seller is not liable for products that have spoiled because the Buyer did not collect the parcel in time.
On receipt of the goods, the Buyer has the right to inspect them before paying.
6. Right of withdrawal and complaints (specific to food products)
Under Art. 57, items 4 and 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer does NOT have the right to withdraw from the contract (return the goods within 14 days), because the products on the site are foodstuffs with a short shelf life that require specific temperature storage.
Visible non-conformities are checked and reported on receipt of the parcel, in the presence of the courier:
- damaged packaging (spilled, damaged or broken product);
- a mismatch between the goods ordered and the goods actually delivered;
- shelf life expired at the time of delivery.
In these cases the Buyer has the right to refuse the parcel, and the Seller undertakes to send a new parcel at its own expense.
Hidden non-conformities (the product has spoiled before the end of its shelf life, although it was stored according to the instructions on the label) may be reported by the Buyer within the product's shelf life, by email to yagortsofrino@gmail.com or by phone on +359 884 468 448, with a photo of the product and the label. If the complaint is justified, the Seller sends a new product at its own expense or refunds the amount paid for it.
The Seller is not liable for products that have spoiled because the storage conditions were not followed after receipt or because the parcel was collected late.
7. Personal data
The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Subsidiary application of law and disputes
For all matters not covered by these terms, the Bulgarian legislation in force applies. In the event of disputes, consumers may contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP).
