Cookie policy

Which cookies and browser storage the site uses and how to change your choice.

Effective from: 08.11.2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are saved on your device when you visit our site. Entries in the browser's local storage (localStorage) are similar to them. Some of them are necessary for the site to work. Others we use only with your consent.

2. Necessary (always active)

Without them the basket and ordering do not work. We do not ask for consent for them.

  • Basket: the selected products (codes and quantities only) are kept in the browser's local storage (entry sofrino.cart.v1) until you send the order or delete the site data.
  • Sending the order: at the moment of sending, the form data is saved temporarily in the same storage (entry sofrino.pending.v1) so that it is not lost if the connection drops. After it is sent successfully, the data is deleted. If sending fails, it stays on your device until you send the order successfully or delete the site data.
  • Form protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether the order is being sent by a person rather than an automated program. It is loaded only on the order page.
  • Your cookie choice: we save it in the browser's local storage so that we do not ask you on every visit. We keep it for 6 months, after which we ask you again.

3. Statistics without cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. According to Cloudflare, the service does not use cookies or local storage and does not identify individual visitors. We see only aggregate numbers: visits, pages, where visitors come from, countries and device type.

4. Advertising (only with your consent)

We use Google Ads to find out which of our ads lead to visits and orders. We do not use remarketing (showing ads to people who have visited the site).

Google's advertising tag is loaded only after you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. Until we have your consent, the site does not load Google's code and does not send data to Google.

Recipient: Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) and, within the Google group, Google LLC (USA).

What data Google receives: the page address, the IP address, browser and device data, the cookie identifiers and information that you came from our ad and that you sent an order: only the order number and amount. We do not pass the name, phone, email, address or note from the order to Google.

Google's tag saves cookies on the site's domain with names starting with _gcl (for example _gcl_au), for up to 90 days. Google may also use cookies on its own domains. Full and current list: https://business.safety.google/adscookies/

Transfers outside the EU: Google may transfer the data to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and for some transfers Google uses standard contractual clauses.

5. How to change your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page: it opens the banner with the "Accept" and "Decline" buttons again. On withdrawal, the site stops loading Google's advertising tag and deletes Google's cookies on the site's domain. You can delete cookies on Google's domains in your browser settings.

You can also manage or delete cookies and site data (including the basket) in your web browser settings at any time.

6. Changes

When we change the cookies we use, we update this policy and, if necessary, ask for your consent again.
