Description
Made from carefully selected soybeans, it goes through a process of natural fermentation with live bacterial cultures. Naturally rich in complete plant protein, with no lactose, cholesterol or animal fat.
This is our most versatile product: to a base of soy drink we add specific lactic acid cultures, which give it its characteristic pleasantly sour taste and silky-smooth texture.
